Returns must be preapproved. If the item has damage-breakage, BFT will compensate you as appropriate based on item weight and availability. Returns requests must be initiated within 14 days.

All of our items are handmade and unique. No returns are accepted over minor color discrepancies.

If color is important, you may request a photo of the item before shipping. Your satisfaction is important to us.

To return your item you are responsible for your shipping costs. All shipping costs are nonrefundable

Refunds are given for store credit.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If there is a delay beyond that you will be notified via email or telephone. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship via USPS ground or FedEx; delivery is estimated from 3-5 days. Please remember that delivery delays can occasionally occur. Priority mail is also available upon request.

We use priority mail for heavier items.
